Where Light and Prayer Meet
A Tapestry in Glass, Wood, and Stone
At the heart of Temple of Aaron, the sanctuary rises in sacred symmetry, its wooden beams reaching heavenward beneath a star-crowned arch. Twin pillars echo Solomon’s throne, while wood and brick recall ancient hands that built without metal, in peace. Ten stained glass windows glow with the journey of a Jewish soul—from birth to immortality—each pane a prayer in color and light. The Leifman Family Chapel opens to the Mississippi’s stillness, where daily prayers and life’s sacred moments find a home. In the Memorial Alcove, a single flame honors memory with quiet grace. And across our walls, treasures gathered by Rabbi Bernard S. and Leah Raskas tell a story of faith shaped by the hands of the world.
