UPCOMING HAZAK EVENTS
Hazak is programming for mature Jews, 55 and older. However, anyone is welcome, no matter what age, and whether or not you are a Temple of Aaron member or a HAZAK member. The name HAZAK stands for wisdom, maturity and looking ahead.
HAZAK Features Tai Chi
Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 3:30 pm
Hazak will welcome David Sakry, the Tai Chi instructor from the JCC, to give us an introduction to this wonderful program.
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that uses slow, controlled movements and various postures for meditation and breath regulation. It enhances the flow of vital energy in the body, improves blood circulation and enhances immune functions. Tai Chi is one of the most broadly applicable systems of self-care in the world.
Please join us at 3:30 p.m. for an hour of time with David. We will then have an early supper with box suppers from Cecil’s and time for socializing. Come dressed in comfortable clothes.
The cost for the program and supper is $12.00
RSVP to Margie Schneider, 651-698- 435 or 7381jbs@comcast.net. Include your preference of sandwich turkey, corned beef or vegetarian. ------------------------------------
