Building Participation

Vision statement.   We believe each member has a special gift to bring to the building of the synagogue community. We will all work to understand who our members are, and how to get them connected with each other and with their synagogue. We share the responsibility to help each member connect his or her talents, interests and passions to the right work.

About the group's activities.  

• We faciliate the Ner Tamid award by accepting nominations and nominating recipients for approval by the Board of Directors
• We are in the process of creating and maintaining database of prospective volunteers
• We will match membership interests to committee opportunities; we're currently especially interested in identifying members who are interested in taking on a key committee leadership position. Several very exciting opportuntities are available.
